Saskatoon Coffee, Espresso Amaretto Martini
LeClair Organics recently made an amaretto espresso martini recipe using our liberica coffee and amaretto liqueur. This coffee cocktail is an exceptional choice, you might even start to consider why you’ve been doing your espresso martinis any other way!
This recipe is somewhat simple and utilizes a mixture of amaretto, vodka, espresso and sweetner.
As a Saskatoon founded company we thought for this particular example recipe we would use our locally available Saskatoon coffee as well as Saskatoon vodka such as from Lucky Bastard Distillery.
Amaretto Espresso Martini Recipe:
1 1/2 oz vodka
1 1/2 oz Amaretto
2 oz Double shot of Liberica Espresso
1/2 oz simple syrup or demerara sugar
Optional: 1 lemon wedge squeeze

The small amount lemon squeezed in this cocktail does alot to enhance the flavour. The citrus complements and brings the amaretto flavour in this drink. Vodka is the particular choice in this scenario, however you may replace with a scotch or whisky for a different flavour variation or if this is a home recipe use what is available.
Mix all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for 15 -20 seconds. Pour into a pre-chilled martini glass. Per the picture you can see we used a dried lemon slice. The dried variations are great as they come with no preparation and last very long on the shelf. However use any lemon peel garnish variation of your choice.
