One unique highlight regarding this article I believe is that the worlds rarest available coffee species we make available at a price equivalent to other common premium products on the market.  Pricing is much higher to begin with as this is a newly developed agricultural product.  It also takes 6 times as much labour to produce the same amount of coffee due to the smaller size of bean.  Noted as the rare “champagne of coffees” per the article, you may go into any litterally any liquor store or fancy restaurant across Canada and order a champagne for the same price per serving as racemosa coffee.  Per bottle there are about 5 glasses, per racemosa bag there are approximately 4-5 espresso shots.  The racemosa coffee however is not a common champagne, it is a one of a kind item only found within a 150 square km radius in the wild in addition to the agricultural sector producing the coffee.  I realize it may not be for everyone at this point of time as a niche specialty, however with increased demand the supply only grows.  As well increased demand is biosecurity for this unique species coffea racemosa!
